Shopping from Beyond Thee is completely safe. Our checkout system uses a SSL certificate which is the same security used by banks for credit card transactions. Also, when your order from us, we will process your payment using Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Our store is integrated with all major credit cards (Visa, Master, American Express, Discover) and payment platforms, including Paypal, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay and more. 

Once the payment has been completed, you will receive an email from Beyond Thee with your order´s details and payment confirmation. 

Our products ship from different countries depending on the manufacturer. Please refer to the product description to know where does the product come from. 

Because there's no middle-man at Beyond Thee and orders are sent straight to manufacturers, shipping times may vary. Please allow for 15-20 business days for your item to arrive.

We will be happy to assist you in the event that you don´t receive your order after 20 business days. 

As a first step, please check our Order Tracker to view the status of your order. 

If your item is received damaged or not functioning, you may return the item within 30 days after receiving it for an exchange. Please contact us before sending the item back for the correct return address.
